Imperial Beach Technology Responds to Unlawful Access Restrictions at Miramar Mobile Home & RV Park
Imperial Beach, CA — November 2025
Imperial Beach Technology Corp., a licensed and locally based provider of technology and communications services, is issuing this public statement to clarify recent events involving Miramar Mobile Home & RV Park management and to correct misinformation that has been circulated regarding the company’s lawful operations.
Imperial Beach Technology maintains a valid City of Imperial Beach business license and provides contracted technology, internet, and infrastructure services to residential and commercial customers throughout the city. Several residents of Miramar Mobile Home & RV Park are current or prospective clients of Imperial Beach Technology and have exercised their lawful right to select a service provider of their choosing.
Despite this, park management has attempted to bar Imperial Beach Technology personnel from accessing the property, asserting without documentation that no residents are customers, that the company is “soliciting,” and that unnamed residents allegedly submitted written requests to prohibit access. To date, no such written statements, policies, or legally enforceable documentation have been produced.
Imperial Beach Technology categorically rejects these claims.
Under California law, residents of mobile home parks retain the right to invite licensed businesses onto the property to provide lawful services. A private property designation or internal “approved vendor” list does not supersede state law, municipal licensing authority, or resident rights. Servicing existing customers and maintaining infrastructure pursuant to lawful contracts does not constitute solicitation.

Imperial Beach Technology does not require permission from a property manager to operate within the City of Imperial Beach. The company’s obligation is to its customers and to the law, and it will not allow misinformation or arbitrary restrictions to interfere with lawful business operations or resident rights.
