Imperial Beach Technology Privacy Policy

1. Policy Statement

Imperial Beach Technology (“the Company”) is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of all staff, associates, partners, customers, and clients. The Company prohibits disclosure of any information to the public, private entities, or government and law enforcement authorities except as required by law. This policy is legally binding on all employees, contractors, and third parties engaged with the Company.

 2. Definitions

• Personal Information (PI): Any data that can identify an individual, including names, addresses, phone numbers, identification numbers, or financial data.
• Confidential Information: Business, technical, or operational information not publicly available, including trade secrets, contracts, and internal communications.
• Third Party: Any individual, company,  government, or law enforcement body outside Imperial Beach Technology.
• Disclosure: Release, sharing, or transfer of data in any form (verbal, written, or electronic).

3. Non-Disclosure Commitment

• The Company does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise release PI or Confidential Information.
• The Company does not voluntarily disclose information to local, state, or federal government agencies, including law enforcement, without a lawful subpoena, warrant, or court order.
• All data requests are escalated to executive leadership and legal counsel before action.
